Yoga: ek naye jeevan ki shuruwat

Yoga ek pracheen Bhartiya parampara hai aur yeh suru se parampara chala aaraha hai, yoga sirf vyayam ya saririk kriyaon tak simit nhi hai yeh Ek Aisa Abhyas Jo Aapke Sharir, Man Aur Atma Ko Sukoon bhi Pahunchata Hai.

Yoga ‘shabd’ sanskriti ke yuj dhatu se bana hai ek aisa abhyas hai jo hamein apne sharir, man aur atma ko sukoon pahunchata hai. Yoga ka lakshya Aatma ko parmatma se jodna aur vyakti ko sharirik man se santi pradaan hota hai. Yoga ek aisa abhyas hai jo daily karne se apne jeevan ko santulit aur swasth banane mein bahut madad milta hai isey hum log kuch jyada hi swasth rehte hai.

Yoga ka artha hai “yuj” yaani “jodna” yeh sanskrit word se juda hai aur Yeh abhyas hamein apne sharir, man aur atma ko jodne mein madad karta hai aur hum log ka sant rehna shikhata hai kaha kya bolna chahiye yoga sab shikhata hai.

History of Yoga

Yoga ka itihas bahut purana hai. Yeh abhyas Bharat mein lagbhag 6000 salo purana hai. Yoga ka udbhav Bharat me hi huwa tha jabse Mahabharat huwa hai usi samay se aur Gita me bhi yoga ke bare me bataya gaya hai aur iska pehla ullekh Rig veda mein paya jata hai. Yoga ka vikas Bharat mein hua iske bad dhere dhere pure vishva mein phail gaya isliye kyu ki sabko pata chala ki yoga se hum log kitna swasth reh sakte hai.

Types of Yoga

Yoga ke sabse pramukh prakar hain

  1. Hatha Yoga: ek prachin yog vidya hai jisme ‘Ha’ ka matlab ‘Surya’ aur ‘tha’ ka matlab ‘Chand’ hota hai aur Yeh yoga ka prakar hai jisme hamein apne sharir ko swasth aur majbut banane mein bahut madad milta hai aur yeh hathya yoga karne se kabhi pet kharab nhi hota hai.

2.Vinyasa Yoga: Yeh yoga ek flow based yoga style hai jise karne se saas lele me bahut aaram rehta aur thoda adbhut prakar hai jo hamein apne sharir ko sanchar aur gathividhi mein madad milta hai.

3.Ashtanga Yoga: yeh yoga ka system hai jisme posture ko madat milta hai aur yeh yoga karne se hamare andar ke behaviour galat aadat ache hote hai aur sach bolna shikhata hai aur yeh hamein apne sharir ko majboot aur swasth banane me bhi bahut madad karta hai.

  1. Kundalini Yoga: Yeh yoga ek energetic yoga ka system jisme sarir ko taiyar karne ke liye alag alag aasan kiya jata hai jaise mukhya tatva hain aur yeh yoga hamein apne sharir me energy aur chetna lale me madat dilata hai.

Yoga Ke faide

Yoga ke bahut sare faide hain, lekin kuch jaruri aur pramukh faide bhi hain

  1. Depression aur udasi dur karta hai : depression se bahar likale le liye mediation kare aur yoga se endorphins dur hota hai jise hame achi nind aati hai aur hamara depression se likale me madat milta hai.
  2. Sarir Ko Majboot banata hai aur energy dalta hai : Yoga se hamare sarir energetic banta hai aur har kam karne ke liye hamare andar Shakti rehta hai aur hamare sharir ko swasth aur majboot banane mein bhi bahut madad karta hai.
  3. Neend sudharne me madat dilata hai : yoga se hamara man sant rehta hai aur ache kam me concentration dilata hai jab hamara man sant hota hai to hame achi nind aati hai.
  4. Man Ko Shant Aur hamare dhyan ko sahi jagah lagata hai: Yoga se hamara man hamesha sant rehta hai aur padhai me bhi man lagta hai agar aap daily yoga karte hai to apka dhyan hamesha sahi jagah lagega jisme app shant aur santulit bhi rehne me madat milega.

Yoga ke liye kuch jaruri baatein hain jo hamein dhyan mein hamesha rakhni chahiye:

  1. Niyamit Abhyas Karein( laagatar aur constant practice) : Yoga hame daily karna chaiye tabhi hamara sarir energetic banega aur hamara dhyan sahi jagah lagega isliye hame daily yoga karna chahiye.
  2. Meditation : Yoga me sabse sahi aasan meditation hai agar yeh daily karte hai subah ke time to iske alawa apko koi aasan karne ki jarurat nhi hai aur yeh sabhi aasan aur sahi aasan hai.
  3. Khali pet yoga karein : yoga karne se 2-3 ghante pehle se kuch na khaye sirf halka sa pani piye isey hamari sarir bahut majboot hoga aur face par kabhi pimples nhi aayega.
